Simply download the app and register now with Coffee Monster. Set up your payment profile and you are ready to go! You will find a list of available baristas and their menus so that you can place your order and pay on the spot.
Coffee Monster relies on notifications to allow the barista to communicate the progress of your order to you, the Caffiend. Please allow notifications in the settings of the Coffee Monster app.
You can collect your order directly from the barista. Some baristas offer a car-delivery service, and will bring your beverage straight to your car.
Barista who wish to deliver to nearby offices will deliver within a reasonable walking distance – after all, we are sure you would like your favourite coffee to be as hot as possible when it gets to you. The distance or office precinct that the barista supports is indicated on the checkout page, or is 1km.
Please ensure you include a profile picture and a vehicle registration number in the registration process. The barista will use these to identify you.
Coffee Monster uses a geo location estimate or a scheduled time countdown to track where you are. The barista will only process when you are within a specified timeframe.
Not right now, but we promise our future releases will have a whole host of nifty features.
Merchants and baristas will be available all day in line with their operating hours. The App will show if a merchant is offline and not taking orders from Coffee Monster.
No, baristas will be able to upload a short, on-the-go menu of their choice to cater for as many people as possible. Yes, even you with your soy-latte triple-brewed low-froth high-volume cappumachochino.
Credit and debit card details are loaded and can be stored on your first order. Payment is processed through the card at time of purchase and Coffee Monster will settle the transaction with the merchant.
Coffee Monster uses industry-standard encryption and does not hold any of your payment information on file.
The order is sent through to the barista when you click “order” which means we will have an expected time of arrival.Coffee Monster will, however, not be able to update you on progress but will still do our best to have the beverage ready when you need it. Best you invest in a powerbank of some sort.
At the moment Coffee Monster will not be able to cancel an order and any orders you pay will be processed. We will, however, add this feature to a future release!
Coffee Monster and our merchants are obsessed with having your beverage ready, when you need it. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, make sure you rate the barista on the app so that Coffee Monster is notified about any problems.
Our Coffee Monster app includes a barista finding service. Locate a Coffee Monster barista by clicking on the “locate” icon.
You don’t pay any additional fees to use our Coffee Monster App as our arrangements are made with our Monster Spots. However menu prices may differ from stores depending on the Monster Spot.
Each time you purchase a coffee, Coffee Monster will reward you with a Bean.
Once you have 10 Monster beans, your next coffee will be on the house!
